What's Happening on the Lower Mississippi?

The river is at historic lows and there are moments where, you know, the gauge at Memphis, Tennessee, reading water levels. The dredges are very busy right now up and down the river trying to keep traffic flowing. We've seen spot rates for October in the range of nine to 10 times what the annual 2022 contract rate was for that particular move. And we're seeing very low drafts on barges, which then has that next implication that you need more than the usual amount of barges to move. So it's really, there's constraints on the system coming from every direction.
