Do They Have a Net Promoter Score?

A couple of things that i'd want to look at in my kind of first tier of diligence would be concentration. Do they have any sort of concentration, a symmetric concentration, with either one customer or a small number of customers? A net promoter score is simple singular data point that essentially tells external viewers how happy customers are with a given product and with a given company. And then lastly, this is a kind of osophmetric that most folks, at least in his ecosystem, would be familiar with, but look at the unit economics.
