In the small start up, it really is everyone's problem. You might not have a dedicated security person like we've been talking about here. And so you have developers. They understand the technology and can adapt to that basic level of sack. The key take away for our audience is: if you're a developer, try to find a way to be part of the solution. If you're a security person, try to figure out what am i doing to make sure that myDevelopers are empowered and motivated rof it without trying to be offensive or throw shift off myself.
