"I've done my morning pages ever since and when I got my diagnosis I started doing the artist way again," she says. "It's great particularly for people with ADHD because you have to play and make time a half an hour a week to do something to fill your cup" She adds that writing every morning can really help take all of the rubbish out of your head.
