i started gumrad because i thought it was going to be a billion dollar company, and that's what i wanted to do with my life. And if i wasn't doing that, like, who else was going to do that? So at that point, that's when it got really difficult, because i no longer had things that i was doing. You know, we'd done the laos. We were working on getting to profitable. But then terunch wrote this article about the lay offs, and that was super weird,. A bunch of people knew that this thing had happened; it was depressing.
