The more you start doing leg day when you're eating the right foods You're getting in your protein and you're doing the right exercises even though those exercises hurt, after oh do I feel amazing? It is it worth What I just put myself through 110% Right So whenever you kind of go and do the same thing. There's people who go to the gym once a month or a few times or aFew times a month and They don't progress with their health because they're not consistently Confronting their week.
