The Importance of Leadership
I didn't even think I was gonna coach, but Tom gave me the chance. You either got to be all in or all out. It's NHL, but when you don't win it just and you got to slip the screws. As a player I would go home not sleep But I'd play all my shifts over in my head. And so now there's your guy and now you stick all home you stick JarvisYou stick these young guys and just let him watch. What am I doing nothing? I'm just putting them around good people. That's how you build culture.
