How Economists Understand Growth in the Long Run
Delve: AI seems really pertinent and like a very salient topic at the moment about how robots are going to replace our jobs. And I think it would be really interesting to kind of delve into this and talk a bit more about how economists in particular understand this. Delve: The idea is we can think of the economy as sort of this big machine. Every year it takes in all sorts of ingredients, but we can partition them and call some of them capital. We can call some of us labor, all the different kinds of human labor that gets them.
