I think that putting your ideas in the world in both written and spoken form will really benefit from your, let's say you've got a YouTube channel or a podcast. You need to put yourself out there somehow. So for folks who are either podcasting audio or video, take even some small steps like rearranging your room and getting a decent mic. The most important thing is to get started. And sometimes we just overthink and overthink and there's a specific word that I can't remember. Progress me.
