The dynamic infrastructure is everything related to continuously deploying your service. That's something that's going to come and go when you want to make sure that you have the proper security policies in place. So for example, once the service is provisioned and you want to change it, you need some form of CI CD that allows you to understand that change. All the little things that go into that process is what we mention as dynamic.
