If i were to customize something based off of what i'm hearing from you, i would love to see you train one day a week in a full body, map, antabolic type of routine. You make sure you get one good lifting, full body routine out of maps anabolic. And then i would have that, i love the suspension train or advice. My advise, just break it in chunks.
