Marjorie and Bill Were Involved in the Collar Bombing

Marjorie killed Jim Rodin because he threatened to go to the police about the plot. Bill Rothstein called 911 about Jim's body in his freezer to distract police from the collarbomb case. Agent Clark was handed 24 pages of notes written by an inmate who was serving time with Marjorie. The plan was for Brian Wells to give the money to Floyd Stockton after the robbery, who would then give it to Bill Rothstein. There was now no doubt that Marjorie and Bill were involved in the collar bombing.
