When somebody really wants to bring the idea down, we try to redirect. I used to think redirecting and get out of there was kind of a weakness or self protection. But if you can't find that common ground, that place to begin, that place where old knowledge allows itself to attach new knowledge, then you have to redirect andget out of there.
