Apply Changes in the Android Studio Framework

When I first worked for Esteban, that was my first task is apply changes. When we did apply changes, it was essentially bringing the platform support that we would have needed to build the instant run. The art runtime supported hot swapping natively. That was one of the foundations for apply changes together with like Romain was saying we improved the time which it took to build APKs - and they are still in use today.
