I'm Buying a New Phone, and I Wouldn't Consider It a Budget

Budget, mid range and premium. I think two fifty to four hundred dollars is probably a really good bracket range. If i'm going undre two fifty, i would rather just look for a used phone. That used to be good. Cause any phone under two fifty, i feel like, is just, if you're buying the it's probably not worth it. It's stratified so much that now the highest end being so expensive, hasit allowed this new middle tier to form?...
