The first deal taught me a whole lot about the process and kind of getting it to this point. Since then we've closed several other deals in between then. So they're still wiggled room in that if that if margin like that is your worst margin yet, that's kind of saying something because there's a lot of business models that would eat that all day. The one 70 73 sold for 170. That's not nothing. I mean buying for what you say 40 and selling for 60. Yep. Buying for 42. We bought it at 42. We ended up selling it. At 67. And actually we close on this first deal. This is very, very first one
