Horton: Putin has declared again with just a turn of phrase and a stroke of a pen that these four major oblasts were provinces, basically of eastern Ukraine are all now Russian territory. He said he'd defend them with nukes. So at the table, you say what keep Don Eskin, Le Hans, but give back, Suprosia and curse on it. And so in other words, like you're saying, boy, if they had signed this deal in April, it sure would have been a lot better. It seems like Putin's making a hell of a bet. If he's declaring that's all sovereign territory now, he must be planning on flooding that
