The closer we get to the referendum, the more heated the debate is getting. What appears on social media doesn't appear in a vacuum. It's connected to what's published and to what politicians say. We're still a long way from the referendum itself, so I can only see it getting worse. A lot of people are now afraid to stick their head above the parapet because they see what happened to stand-grant. The amount of racist, sexist abuse that Senator Lydia Thorpe copps on a daily basis through social media is something that I haven't seen before. And when we're talking about the prosecution of people like stand-Grant, we need to remember that
