The fukashima plant in Japan is running out of power. Engineers are trying to get water into the reactors, but they can't turn on a generator until more trucks arrive. They have no idea how long it will take for generators to come and fix the problem. It's been a logistical nightmare; one truck ends up spinning its tires in sunami mud. The Japanese government has pledged $1 billion toward repairs.
