"I think that we don't realize how fleeting it is sometimes," she says. "People want to make everything so light and fluffy and beautiful, but it's not." She was very sad when her brother-in-law died in his 90s; he helped with the conservatorship. The patient advocacy thing 'really needs to be looked at,' she says.
If you'd asked Dorinda Medley ten years ago if she’d be on one of the most successful reality shows in history—and the subject of some of your favorite gifs and memes—she never would have believed you. Whether she's telling someone to "clip" it or just calling them out on their sh*t, Dorinda has become a beloved fixture and fan favorite of Bravo's "Real Housewives of New York City." Though the death of her second husband Richard will always be a part of her, Dorinda is savoring life as an untethered woman, continuing to grow, and, most importantly, having fun on her own terms. Join us this week as Dorinda stops by the studio (with a special guest!) to talk love and relationships, emotional enlightenment, and how being her own person isn't anyone's business but her own.
