Like basically there's high social mobility for second generation Asians if they want to take it. And the exact comparison point was another ABC person who was like basically this person wasn't as willing to assimilate and speak Chinese. It came as came off as pretentious if you had a Chinese face Chinese name but you're just speaking English even if you can't speak Chinese. The person who sucks or tries would definitely be like do do better. So that's that's not just a high context low context thing that's just you know willingness to speak Mandarin, right?
