In some organizations, the amount of time that teams actually spend doing real work is incredibly low. A typical flow efficiency for lots of organizations is 15%, 1515%. And so what we're trying to do is to set up our organization for a fast flow of change. The other three team types are really there to support and help and enable the streamlined teams.
