I've been in retail for 30 years started off in home improvement actually in the mid 90s working on the shop floor. Was really keen to work in the music or entertainment industry and fell into kind of my perfect job at play.com. Then I was a founding Director or CEO of ingenuity which is a sort of a platform business that then helps other brands grow through e-commerce. And we've got big sort of FMCG consumer packaged goods clients like Unilever procter and gamble Nintendo, right? So again my growth journey there was 10 to about four or five hundred million again in six years.
