Doing Jujitsu Everyday

I was only doing like two days a week before and my improvement was quite slow. So I realized that what I need is consistency. What I need to do is train more every day, every day and maybe a little lighter. If I'm trick, because I'm doing something physical, there's a, you know, it affects my body. And I can't train jujitsu every day hard. If I do, I'm going to get an injury. It's not possible. Maybe for someone much younger and stronger than me, maybe they can do that, but I can't.
