The Desperation of Conservatives

I think one thing his team must bear in mind is, you know, what conservatives are making of all of those maneuvers. And these are members as well who are, again, willing to cast their vote elsewhere. Just don't seem like it's very trustworthy and it's like, why are they pandering to us? I would imagine personally that there will be a little less euphoria just because the world we live in is a much more difficult, owner, a troubled place than 1997.
