The Importance of Communication in Design

Being able to communicate things well is critical if you're working with UX in an organization. I've been doing this sort of thing even from school when I studied architecture because it was the same sorts of things. For me, I'm working in-house, so it's part of building a culture. If they can understand why you do what you do and how you made a decision, it opens up the process.
