Is Pav a Ventilator?
A pav is a way of attempting to match the level of support that the ventilator gives with the amount of effort that the patient makes. So essentially, if a patient makes a respiratory effort, the machine will then give some pressure support. If the person continues to make respirtory effort, it will give more support. Whereas ify, if they are satisfied with the level o sport that the Ventilator is giving, it will stop. And this is thought to be a way of making it, of making the machine just more comfortable for the person because it will,. it will give you the amount of pressure in proportion to how much you actually need or ire.
