The Bridge Between Art Director and Fine Art Painter

I've always been entrepreneurial my parents both owned companies in Los Angeles they were actually in the picture frame business which was interesting. As a kid when I created art like I I used I studied with this guy when I was 14 who made these wild like crazy cutout chairs with monkeys on them and just fun stuff almost like the kind of stuff you'd expect to see at Disneyland. So that reality sort of hits you in the face unless you have a wealthy benefactor so I think that's an issue I've always been grappling but to get back to how I transition from an art director to a fine artist there were a couple steps in there.
