Meltdown might be shut down or panic attack, but why we get those kind of chaos-owned emotions over seemingly little things. The actual trigger for this thing might not have been a major thing - it's about how much mental space do you have? So if we think about like a jug, right, and every single thing that is putting pressure on your nervous system is another little dollop of water in that jug. And the sensory side of things is a really big thing that fills up our jug. But also when you're at times where you are low stress, I find that at those times you can cope with sensory stuff better because it doesn't have as much wear and tear
