A joke that's a job can be a really kind of good way of actually people getting some feedback. Like if someone, if they're being big-headed or something, the punishment, the social kind of reaction to that is often a joke or a poke fun at it. So you mean you'll just be, yeah, it might sound like banter, but actually be mean? Well, I think it's sometimes a good signal. But it's a safe way to do it. Like humor is often a safer way.
