But in the loss, it was kind of a win, because the ruling stated that doc harmony had no caseBecause the fda had only sent out warnings and threats, but never officially outlawed or banned the use of ear candles. Despite dangers and reported medical issues caused by these candles, apparently the fda just doesn't think it's worth anyone's time or money to chase this down.
