Napoleon's New Residence at Fontembleau
In keeping with his imperial status, Napoleon undergoes something of a makeover. He has a new, short Caesar haircut and takes to manicuring his precious pudgy hands. With an expanding waistline, he's watching what he eats. In Egypt, he decoired a taste for dates and pilaf rice. It becomes his chosen healthy dish. His image, right down to that bicone hat, has been carefully crafted.
