I know we worked on like really refining some of your diet strategies again more from an individualized perspective. Can you talk about just kind of how you incorporated some of those things to really optimize your sleep and how big that has made a difference on your performance and recovery? I would say going from that six to eight hours it was a huge difference on how I felt along with taking the magnesium that optimization my recovery at night and it just helps me sleep better. Yeah it's amazing man sometimes it can be hard to connect those dots until you see them connect you know in your performance so that's really cool that you brought those together.
