If you fall off the habit, which you probably will at some point, don't beat yourself up. Not just if you fall off, go back and study why the habit's important. Make sure that you're constantly remind iu reminding yourself of what it is that you want to become,. Cause you are going to need that porspective, cause you will falter. You will fail. In my experience, even if you have a habit locked in for a year, if you don't pay attention, that habit that you've been working so hard on can absolutely fall off.
