I think the power of your identity, i think you will not really understand it until more recently have youhave been able to shift out into the work place? I think we've always been very careful about who we are at work. And now those things are kind of commingling, and there's no space with tem to separate any time to. We become wholeselves in these spaces that, you know, we are with our co workers, but also with our families all the time, on a line. It's just, it's kind of melded ust into this smelting pot where it's unclear, what is your voice of your community and your our company
