This is adapted from a short series of short films. First one was like a decade ago on YouTube directed by Dean Fleischer Camp. Jenny Slate voices the character, who is a stop motion animated shell living in an abandoned house. The film is then presented as a documentary in a way. I was so moved by this film in a way that I didn't necessarily anticipate going in because of the kind of cuteness of it. Because it's one of these things where you think is it a kids film and then you're watching it like children would probably enjoy it but it's not aimed at kids.
