What's Driving the Rift Between the Hill and the Valley?

The us. Is so much bigger and more open, that we're more vulnerable to a siber attack than almost any other country. A whole chapter in my book is dedicated to the rift between the hill and the valley. To an enormous extent, there is a real cultural difference between silican valley and capital hill.
