Meditation and Breathing Techniques

i've been wanting to meditate again and practise it on a daily basis. It's one part of my life that i'm really actively trying to incorporate somethingnew. So there is not a strict rule in meditation. A lot of people make a little fuss about it how it should be, but it is, stop thinking and start being. That can be on a bicycle, that can be on the top of a mountain or anywhere. Ation is just o coming to e to the current situation now. Just b and that can be  on a waife board. No time.
