The Value of Design Thinking to Non-Designers

Design thinking is a process for creative problem solving that keeps people at the center. The thing I love most about design thinking, you don't have to be a designer to use it. And so I want to tell a story of what design thinking and action looks like and it's very relevant to this time. This is a story that just unfolded in the past seven days.
