In a way, it sounds like it came together in this moment or several moments, several years. And I'd imagine back then that we're talking about strategy being in a handful of agencies. Since then, not only have we gone through a few rounds of financial crisis and in financial crisis, often what happens is middle management gets knocked out. There's fractionalization of something which is a very ambiguous and hard to hold together. Discipline is an ill discipline.
