The Cheese Community Is So Supportive
The cheese community is so supportive of each other, says Genna Frisher. Sheep have the shortest lactation period while cows and goats produce more milk. The process very similar but goat milk tends to be a little more watery than Cows or sheep. Sheep barely has any at all - it's like the most packed and dense with fat and protein.
