Hydration helps you to relieve and manage your stress better. Oftenin when you sleep, you can lose up to one pound of water overnight through respiration or perspiration. I always recommend every single time you take a brain brake rigte 25 minutes of study, 25 minutes of work, and then you stop. Do you do? You take deep breaths.
