The Importance of Having a Financial Need

There are a lot of people that come on our show with sentimental objects who ultimately don't sell. In fact as far as Martian I know that's true for the majority of our high value appraisals. Most of what we see is inherited and they can't bear the idea of parting with it. They have to have a real financial need so yeahI think it really would be hard to sell the things that that my family felt were precious for generations but now I'm the one who says not so precious cash is better.
