Most people will go to the old ice. I find the ice really doesn't do anything for this condition. The FASHA that we were talking about before actually connects into our big toe, our great toe and especially for folks who are limited in great toe extension. It kind of pulls on the bone, gets irritated and causes this repetitive kind of cycle where it connects to the bone.
