The manifesto says the habitual tactics of marching, holding signs and establishing temporary autonomous zones are comforting substitutes for effective success. The overwhelming privileging of democracy as process needs to be left behind. We declare that only a Promethean politics of maximal mastery over society and its environment is capable of either dealing with global problems or achieving victory over capital. And the choice facing us is severe: Either a globalized post-capitalism or a slow fragmentation towards primitivism, perpetual crisis and planetary ecological collapse.
