Gelta is vertically integrated. Do all do management, construction and everything, or do third party out o some of the services? So i emens the great question. Initially, we didn't have any great luck with the propty manasment companies in bakers field that were managing our four plexes. It was pretty much a disaster. We're not built to be property and the property management business, especially remotely.
