There's no proven benefit to active anti regulation an esus, just over and above a baby aspirant. In those patients, you should really do extended cardiac monitoring. Don't put someone on dual plate therapy if they're not likely to have a stroke. And don't discriminately put that person on anti coagulation or statin because it was like a non cardombolic stroke.
