The Western Moment Is Coming to an End

After 1945, the world was dominated by two superpowers, US and USSR. After collapse of communist bloc, there was only one superpower - West. But now China is back in Russia; all these countries are defending their own interest. The West has to adjust to this new reality. It's not because of the decline of the US or the decline ofthe West, but because of probably balancing.
