The Advantages of Knowing Your Patient Well
As you look back, there was actually subtly increasing disease as this was going on. So I think what I would probably put her back up to a level of 20 or more for, you know, not five days, but because this is a chronic disease for her. And so I would then slowly taper down her steroids as her methotrexate dose builds up. But it would never be the same every time. They're so different in the disease that you just have to adjust a little bit every time.
