Is It a Stand Up? Is It a Recurring Meeting?

Erika: It's amazing how many times i feel like they're just isnt an obvious, like communication path through some sort of, like, regular cadence. Most projects managers do really well as they create some sort of regular report that basically just says, hey, here's where we're supposed to be in terms of the milestones. Erika: shame is a good tactic I find in these reports and in in these meetings. Don't shame me.
